Awsome past few weeks!

Girls camp:


happened the week after school was out and it was very fun and exciting, we sang loads of songs, had funny skits plays, and more. My mom camp to camp with us again and she and the other stake leaders found a giant rat in their cabin. All the priesthood could make out, from the walky talkies was a bunch of screamed mumbled words of a rat. They re enacted it the next day in the cafeteria for us, hilarious. one guy said "I didn't know that so many women could fit on so little furniture" other all of that there were also loads of activities, crafts and delicious food made by the chefs there.


Horse-Back Riding:


Two or three weeks ago a really cool church leader took all the girls from thirteen to about fifteen, HORSE BACK RIDING! There were three horses and about 10 girls, we went just out of town and we watched a few of the older girls try to make a fire, it worked after about ten minutes, funny sight.each girl got to go at least twice each turn about ten minutes. we rode on a few trails, then started to go on a few little hill, it was a lot funner than i thought it would be. We stayed and played till it got dark then went home.


Utah:



I went to my cousin's house in Salt-Lake City for a whole week and two days! The first days we settled in and visited my cousin who was still at scout camp, we brought them sandwiches and a giant chocolate doughnut. Sunday i walked with my dad and sis. from church to their house that was only two blocks away. oh and the trip here was sooo long! three hours to get to my grandmas than eleven to get to their house, the day after.

Monday we toured temple square almost the entire day, it was so beautiful there!

Tuesday i toured their neighborhood with the little boy one was four and two were five, one was my brother. and we went to my eleven year old cousin's baseball game, about half way through a storm blew in mighty fast, my dad sis and all the little boys, cept my brother and i, ran to the safety of our van, i waited while my uncle put Kaleb's shoes on, which it seems he never does, and my uncle ran to get his older son, while i carried Kaleb to the van. I was soaking wet, and so was everyone else. oh well.

Wednesday we went to a place called "This Is The Place" monuement with an old village in it. It was a lot of fun, with a little Indian Village in it and cabins and leather shops and all sorts of historic stuff.

Thursday we mostly played at home but it was still pretty fun.

Friday! Was incredable! We went to Lagoon! (a giant amuesment park) the first ride My dad, sister, cousin and I went on was 'The Bat', we were hooking in and my cousin suddenly shot up and said "I have to go to the bathroom!" (that's beleivable) We then went on two of the water rides, we went on Rattlesnake Rapids twice in a row (really short line) I was the most wet by far, not one part of me was dry. My sis and cousin chickened out on a giant boat ride, it swings you back a and forth getting higher every swing, it was about 3-5 maybe six stories high, it was awsome! Then my dad thought i wasn't afraid of any of the rides, and wanted me to go on a giant Roller Coaster that sgradually goes up about twenty feet then shoots you straight up then (literaly) straight down, and theres a bunch of twist, turns, cork screws and loops, i said nope, not a chance. well we went on a bunch of other fun rides like the faris wheel bumper cars and haunted house, finally at the end dad persuaded my to get me to go on re-entry, i think it was the tallest one there

Thursday

Today is Thursday and I am officially done with Junior high school,

So now that school is officially over, tomorrow we are throwing a graduation party! Well I've been home from graduation for only 4 hours, and i am already bored. Oh Well, that is why i am typing this, I have a lot planned for summer, and i hope i get it all done. I am going to make a mural in our office, with my twin(of course) go camping, get half way through my book i am writing, well i got to go now, i am going to a party, c,yah later.

End Of The Year Festval!

Wednesday
our choir concert was at the highschool and we had to be an hour early, but it was fun, and we sounded great!

Friday:
Today started out pretty normal, i got ready, went to school and forgot my homework again. Well in 1st hr(girls choir) we had a big party, three of my best friends were there, and my twin.
There were donuts, cupcakes, milk, and more. I noticed my twin and one of my best friends kept leaving and coming back, so i finally followed them to the hall, carrying donuts, they were giving them to their favorite teacher. Well i went through funny math, science, English (reading Spirit Bear) skip till art, i finished my angel sculpture that is really pretty. My sister made a really cute yellow monkey with a backpack.
After school was the awesome festival. Oh yeah, i almost forgot, you could only go to the festival if u had an ID card that says 8th grade, of course i didn't have one....... So i went up to the office exclaiming i have money on my card, but i didn't have it and i needed the money for an ID card so the principal said in a confusing way i can get one for free, just for the festival. Well someone stepped on my twin's monkey's little arm and leg on accident.... well after that, we ran up to our group of friends then tried running on this big bounce thing while tied up to rope that would yank you back when u reached a certain point. Then I race my twin in a bounce course, she won..... then i raced a bunch of others and got faster. I watched my math teacher at the dunk tank making fun of how the kids threw, mostly just girls got him in, and not many at that. then one of my friend came with me to rock climbing i was done getting hooked up when she was almost half up on the slightly easier one, well i beat her, but i kept feeling like i was going to fall off, or my arms were. L.O.L. It was a lot of fun, it ended two hours after school, we stayed the whole time and had a blast while one of my friends set the speed record on rock climbing. Then this other guy said, "i just have to beet that if it kills me." well partially up he started leaping his way up and beat him by two or three seconds. Well then we had to leave unfortunanlty, but at least grandma is hear now, yay!

Well it doesn't get to much better than that, unless you consider that last Friday in Junior high even better. (i do)

Cool Week End

Wednesday:
The Easter pageant was a lot of fun, we didn't finish our dinner, but when we got there to find seats, an anti Mormon we screaming at the passing Mormons, "YOUR PROPHETS WENT TO HELL, YOUR ANCESTORS WENT TO HELL" points to my twin ,"YOU'RE GOING TO HELL-" my sister cut him off a shouted "YOU'RE DUMB!" a nearby cop started laughing at the anti Mormon who was told off by her. The pageant was great we had a lot of fun, and some(including my twin) had a contest of who could hug the most actors walking by, nice.... . Over all it was a lot of fun.

Thursday:
Mom and dad wanted to know if we wanted to see singing in the rain at a dinner theatre, because my uncle's choir had a couple extra tickets, we decided to go and when we got there I saw a couple of my cousins and ran to give them a hug, till I saw their plates of food they had in their hands, I hugged them later. My aunt came with one of her piano students, and some of the guys started telling my cousin Brandon to hit on her , which was sitting next to him. I asked which girl they were telling him to hit on, I said ,"you want him to hit on her? the sixth grader?" they all said "oh. she looks our age, not 4 yrs younger." all I said was "nice" Well the cousin sitting next to the sixth grader was the only one out of his family but we still had fun. Mom said we had to leave, but I was sad I wouldn't get to see them again, till mom said we'd see them tomorrow, they were performing at our mall not far away, and they'd be allowed to hang out there afterwards for a couple hours.

Friday:
Once we arrived at the mall they were already performing, well their band was. We got to see all the choir's songs though they were moving a lot and had really cool dances, before they started a song they looked real "professional"(sarcasm) A girl screamed because she saw a bug, then a guy started screaming even higher pitched to make fun over her. l.o.l. The bus that dropped them off was parked far away, and our family was the only one that knew where it was because we parked near it. The bus was supposed to pick them up again and they were waiting where they were dropped off, but the driver forgot and they had to walk there, it was a loooonnnngggg walk. but then we got to hang out with our cousin Brandon we mostly went up and down the elevators and escalators for fun. Brandon copied the movie "Elf" and almost did the splits on the escalator. that was funny, then we all started to do that as well. It was so much fun! I hope we can do it again some time.

Saturday:
Our girl's camp fund raiser is today. We are doing a carnival. Me and another girl is in charge of face painting. Well the other girl walked out on me when people started showing up, so Ashley(my twin) ended up getting the job she wanted. I painted a really pretty butterfly on my friend's cheek as a rough draft, I'm glad it didn't end up looking like a blob. Speaking of blobs, I painted Bob the blob off of Monsters vs. Aliens. It didn't look like him at first but it ended up just like him. A lot of the guys ended up with twin dragons, one on each side of their face, opposite colors.
In the back of the church, a church leader brought her dad's horse which we got to ride, it was so cool!

Today: well iIwas remembering waking up yesterday morning and looking outside, "oh goody it rained outside, what fun" But today i heard a story of the boy scouts ages 14-16 in my church ward, that were camping on a large mountain on Friday night, the night it rained, well they weren't as thrilled about rain as we were, it was really high up and extremely cold! One of the boy's tents flooded ! Saturday morning it started snowing, not very lightly, in the end they were helicoptered out of there and they were on almost all the news channels, and today they're in the newspaper. And all over the internet.

Overnighter

Friday:
I am going to a cabin with my twin for one night with a bunch of my girlfriends from church to a young woman's leader's cabin in the mountains. I am so excited! At the church some of the boys from church are there because they are going camping the same night.while we all waited for the others we decided to play tag and some football.

The trip was three and a half hours long. my mom let me wear her boots but they look really large on me. When we got there it didn't look like there would be any snow, but all around the house was snow, and hardly, anywhere else. It was to late at night to play in the snow so we are setting up our things for the night. There are about 20 girls and we all fit comfortably. The cabin is very large and spacious. Lots of karaoke and yummy soup for all. Well all the older girls wanted to take glam shots so half of us did our face and hair. It was my first time, because I'm more of a tom boy but i tried it out for one night.

Saturday:
I slept in til 7:00 AM! after i woke up i got dressed washed up and helped make pancakes, egg and fruit salad. Then we all played snow ball fighting, then we we rode on a zip cord, that is until someone slipped high up and landed on her back. after she could breath a little better i carried er in, because she's my bud (and she's really light) after some chillin out she joined us again while we made a small jump with a snow wall turn. it was so cool. But the fun only lasted til about 12:00 and we had to leave. I really wanted to stay. On the way back though, we watched Wall-e , and now I'm back home.......

It's almost Christmas and i need to draw pictures for all my friends and teachers by the end of the week! yikes!

Anyways lately here in AZ the sunsets and sunrises has been really pretty. Very vibrant here I'll show you -

Well I turned in one of my favourite drawings for my art project the origanal pic was about 3 inches tall. It was hard! There was two phases for me to complete my project.

cool huh?! i drew it all by my self and I am 13 yrs old! yay!

This Wednesday I got my 1st hair cut in years. My mom told the people to cut off 6 inches, and i also got bangs. My hair is shoulder length now. everyone Tuesday was shocked, even my teachers. Especially my family.

Tuesday night was my 1st dance i was aloud to go to, and my twin danced with about 25 guys, half of them were strangers, but it was a dance with all Mormons, and some friends. They were all nice. This guy who was a year younger than me, was asking any girl in sight to dance with him. the girls would say yes because they all felt sorry for the 12 yr old. I had 3 favorite dances. The first one was the Cotton Eye Joe dance, the second was the Cha Cha Slide, the third was really funny! The theme to this thanksgiving dance was Disney, so we did a Cinderella dance, all the girls went in the middle, and had to take one shoe off and go to the right, the guys stared on the left then they had to pick a shoe and find who the owner was, it was so funny! One of the guys in my ward was to shy to dance with any of the girls, and my friend said I should ask him to dance with me so i went over there and pronounced, "who wants to dance with me?!" all the leaders were saying "hey hey look there's someone, c'mon eh." so he got up, gave a big sigh and danced with me. My sevy bud was the first one I danced with, it was so funny because he didn't want to dance, at first. My friend in my first hour was there to, and i didn't even know she was Mormon! At the end of the dance i found out that all the Decans were betting money to the guy who danced with the most girls. The guy who was asking every girl in sight won, i walked up to him and he said, "what can I say I'm a chick magnet." after i told him that girls only danced with him because they felt sorry for his patheticness i punched and he started running. I didn't intend it to hurt but apparently i did. I had so much fun!

Wednesday:
well i went to school as usual, my friend was bragging about the party she had in P.E then remembered my P.E class was the only P.E class in the whole school that didn't get the party. Well when i went to P.E we started running around the gym as punishment because or class was unable to bring enough cans as she wanted. Then my P.E teacher from last year showed up and told me that I was going home early. I was so happy! my favorite cousins would be at my house in 10 min. I blasted into the locker room dressed out, grabbed my stuff and ran out. In the hall I speed walked the principal, and when I saw my mom, brother and twin i ran. as soon as we turned on to our street in our car i saw them pull up, I jumped in joy and my twin opened her door before mom even pulled up, mom yelled "shut the door!" she frowned and my cousins got a good laugh out of that. we jumped out (this time, after mom stopped) and gave them huge bear hugs, that popped each others spines. After that they stayed for hours, it was so fun!! my uncle recorded us in our front yard climbing our sharp palm trees.( i still have scratches all over my arms and legs) They are so fun! and yet so aggressive. we were trying to touch our ceiling with out tippy toeing so i poked the light instead, my cuz did to but he jumped and it fell, i caught it and my twin started yelling, "mom Garrett already broke something and he hasn't even been here five whole minutes!" while laughing.

Thursday:
Some of my fav. cousins names, are Brandon, Garret, Tyler, and Kendel. oldest to youngest, Garrett's my age. well we all met at my other cousin's house for thanksgiving, we all went to the park, the trip there was like trying to take a circus to the park with only one leash! there was 8 of us, all hyper. what a blast! well Garrett kept taking his shirt off so my twin and his brother stole his shirt on the way home, after about an hour at the park. Brandon ran in the house waving Garrett's shirt in the air and played catch with the parents, Garrett's all, "I'm to famous for my shirt, to famous for my shirt." it was all fun then my family went home, my cousins stayed. at home mom said they'd come in a little. after 2 hours i laid under the pool table and said " they're not coming, are they? and at that moment i saw a red shirt outside after a car door shut, "they're here!" i shouted as i ran out the door to tackle them. We all played game then watched Delta Farce, it was 10:00 and they had to go but before then we all jumped on each others backs and gave piggy back rides. well got to go to bed now by.
